The height adjustment plate is a special auxiliary equipment for the rapid loading and unloading of goods. Its height adjustment function makes a bridge between the truck and the cargo bed of the warehouse. Through this, forklift trucks and other handling vehicles can directly drive into the truck for bulk loading and unloading. Working principle of height adjustment plate:
Press and hold the electric control button, the motor runs, the hydraulic pump works, and the main panel rises. When the panel reaches the maximum height, the hydraulically controlled directional valve opens, the spool oil cylinder works, and the slab opens. Then release the button, the hydraulic pump station stops working, the hydraulic boarding bridge descends under the effect of its own weight, so that the oil return of the panel oil cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the throttle valve, and the hydraulic boarding bridge slowly falls. After the loading and unloading work is completed, press and hold the electronic control button to lift the main panel, the slab is reset under its own weight, the oil return of the flap cylinder returns to the tank, release the button (can not reach the highest position of the main panel), the main panel descends and boarding hydraulically Bridge reset.
