I. We will provide the following support:

2. Requirements for signing contracts

1, agents and distributors implement a one-year sign system, signed dealers must strictly in accordance with the distribution agreement of the relevant system to implement market operations.

2, the first cooperation, the agent should order more than 100,000 yuan products from the Saneng head office before the agency contract comes into effect.

3. Saneng company provides computer-painted carriage and tail plate advertisement. The agent makes the installation rack and cooperates to install a billboard near the agent’s shop or factory building.

As an agent, you should employ three or more product sales personnel and three or more installation and maintenance personnel, including at least one welder and one electrician.

5, the agent should be equipped with electric welding machine, oxygen cutting equipment, stack high forklift, magnetic drill, fax machine set, 30 # , 32 # , 17 # , 19 # , 13 # , 10 # , 8 # Open Spanner and 30 # , 32 # socket spanner two parts.

Agents and distributors shall strive to achieve their sales targets during the year of the agreement in accordance with the provisions of the agency agreement:

If the annual sales target is met and no violation of these measures occurs, a corresponding rebate shall be given in accordance with the provisions of the distribution contract signed between the two parties, and the cooperation may be renewed for the following year, the rebate will be paid to the distributor in the form of goods, but will not be included in the sales of the following year.

If the annual business target is not met and the sales volume does not reach 80% of the sales contract, the company shall not be entitled to any rebate, and shall have the right to cancel the qualification of the general agent and seek another agent in the same area.

The company may cancel its qualification as an agent under any of the following circumstances

1. The company shall not lower the selling price without the company’s permission. The low price dumping will impact the market, seriously affect the company’s brand image and hinder the development of the market.

2, the agent store shall not display products outside the company’s approved brand, or have the right to cancel the qualifications of the agent.

The company shall have the right to cancel its qualification as an agent and to seek another agent in the same area if the case is serious, the company shall be held liable.

4. The company has the right to revoke the agency right if the after-sales service of the agent is not in place and causes serious impact on the company.

5. The company shall have the right to disqualify an agent from selling across districts without the company’s permission and to seek another agent in the same district.

If there are any of the following circumstances, it may be reported to the company for approval

1, in the course of sales, if there are large-scale projects need to reduce the price of sales, you can apply to the head office for large-scale project price.

Have a good knowledge of the region and have a good sales plan to apply to the company.

3. In case of special circumstances, such as large-scale project or undeveloped area, the agent shall apply to the company, and the company shall make reasonable adjustment and record approval before selling. Cross regional sales are the property of the regional distributor, who is also responsible for The Adjuster sales.

5. Others

1. Each agent shall actively expand its sales force, make reasonable suggestions on product price, packaging and other aspects, collect market information of this product or similar products, and timely transmit information of business status, sales volume, inventory, etc. to the company, keep close contact with the company

2, the maintenance of the company’s brand image, shall not have any defamation of the company’s products, reputation of the behavior.

3. Do not give out company trade secrets to others, especially competitors, for any reason, the violator will be punished severely. If the circumstances are serious, the offender shall be investigated for legal responsibility.

4. In order to establish the National Uniform brand and enhance the brand competitiveness, the company stipulates that agents and agents in different places must use the uniform system information of product name, advertisement, publicity, promotion activities, packaging, business cards and so on.
